At Ruppel Bags, we aim for high quality and customer satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item.

✅ Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, clean, and with all original labels attached

  • Free return shipping within Belgium & the EU

  • No restocking fees

  • Personalized or final-sale items cannot be returned

💳 Refunds

  • As soon as we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are not refunded

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it first and place a new order.

❌ Items that cannot be returned

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale or discounted items marked as “non-returnable”

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items without original tags/packaging

🛍️ Return Procedure

  1. Send a return request to hello@ruppelbags.com including your order number

  2. You will receive a prepaid return label and instructions

  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the indicated carrier point

  4. You will receive a confirmation once the return is processed

⚠️ Damaged or defective items

If you received an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 months of purchase with photo evidence.
We will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.
