All products are handcrafted in Italy from genuine full-grain leather or suede.
Natural variations in color and texture are part of the leather’s authentic character and do not represent defects.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4. Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
Bancontact, Credit Card, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, KBC, Belfius.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments / Mollie.

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
Only unused and undamaged items will be accepted.

7. Warranty
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects within 3 months of purchase.
Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or exposure to water are not covered.
8. Intellectual Property
All texts, images, logos, and designs are the property of Koal Group BV.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In case of disputes, the competent court is Dendermonde (Belgium).
